In 2018, I decided to move from my home country of South Africa to join my husband in Switzerland. I was then able to complete my first internship in an exchange organisation - and worked with Pascal Longo for the first time. I really enjoyed working with the students and planning school events as well as the orientation weekends. After my internship, I went on maternity leave, which was also the time of the big change in the organisation where I did my internship. Pascal offered me a job at Let's go abroad - I didn't hesitate for a second and took up the opportunity immediately. Every day is different, as every program participant is unique. I can also contribute my own experiences of South Africa, as well as the culture shock and homesickness - that helps the participants enormously. I am now part of Let's go abroad and am looking forward to the upcoming students!
