After training as a commercial clerk and working in this field for a few years, I decided to go on an adventure trip through Africa with my husband and our dog. What was only supposed to be a 1 to 2-year trip turned into a 25-year stay in South Africa. In May 2011, I decided to return to Switzerland with my two children. The reintegration was anything but easy, as many things had changed during this long period. In the first 4 years, I only worked temporarily for various companies. In December 2015, I was given the opportunity to work at international Experience Switzerland (iES), a small student exchange organisation, in the administration department for a good 5 years. The job was very varied and I really enjoyed it. I would like to contribute my knowledge to the Let's go abroad organisation and deepen it. I am very much looking forward to this new and exciting challenge!
